Bathroom refurbishment - Abbey Lane, Sheffield S8

Customer got in touch with Chris via a recommendation. His vision was to get rid of the dated (and leaking) fixtures in the bathroom and create a stunning showpiece bath / shower room that was both more appropriate for a young, successful man and a room that would be the envy of his friends.

The room was re-designed to include:

• Concealed shower valve with hand held hose attachment and a drencher rainhead, with built-in recesses for storage of shampoos, shower gels etc.
• Stylish new bath with designer panels, bath / shower mixer tap and wall mounted anthracite towel radiator above
• Concealed Gerberit WC cistern and wall hung WC
• Large wall hung basin with 2-drawer unit with LED down-lighting
• Motion-sensor activated illuminated mirror
• Large, sleek, wall mounted anthracite designer radiator
• 2 different wall tile designs plus feature tiling in the shower recesses
• Storage in the form of cupboards and matching shelving

The room was completely gutted, redundant pipework removed, pipework modified to accommodate the new fixtures, plasterboarded, walls and floor tiled, and all new fixtures installed in line with the brief received from Robert.

Needless to say, on completion Robert was one very happy customer!

Bath removed in corner, 1^st fix plumbing for wall hung radiator and bath with centrally positioned bath/shower mixer tap.

Completed with double-ended bath, chrome tile trim (precisely mitred at each corner) with custom bath panels secured without screws.

Integral storage cupboards and shelving, wall hung basin with illuminated motion sensor mirror and LED-underlit basin unit.
