Repeatedly Happy Customer!
I couldn't recommend Chris and his team more. I have used them in the past to fit an entirely new bathroom and they did a great job. I have since had them out to fit new thermostatic controls on a couple of radiators too. More recently I had a serious leak under my kitchen sink - I called Chris in a serious panic and despite the fact he was clearly busy, he helped me to get it under some control over the phone and agreed to come over and have a look that day. Having figured out the source of the leak, he then came back the very next morning and fixed it. As it turned out, I had another very slow leak from a different part of the system under the sink which he also fixed. Had I paid an emergency plumber to come out, I would have paid several times the amount Chris charged me in the end - he is a great guy and just the sort of straight forward and trustworthy person you would want for any plumbing job.

Not one of the cheaper quotes but a comprehensive one. Absolutely "no corners cut". The two lads performing our bathroom refurbishment obviously loved their job and worked late on many occasions to complete a particular stage in the work. They were extremely polite and considerate throughout. Well done lads.

Chris and his team put in a new bathroom for us over 3 years ago. It looks the same today as it did when new. We can't thank then enough for the great job they did keeping us informed when we went on holiday while it was done. They were trustworthy and very tidy. I would recommend them to anyone as they were quick professional and friendly.

Highly recommend - would use again
I've recently had extensive work done; a full bathroom refurbishment and a shower room too. Chris and the team were excellent; friendly, professional, tidy and honest. I felt the standard was exceptionally high and the finished result has exceeded my own hopes at the start of the project. Had a complete bathroom refit - excellent service. Very professional from the first quote to the final installation. At the end of every day left the house clean and tidy and the fitters were exemplary from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Great work on our bathrooms
Last year Chris fitted a new bathroom for us. He and the team did a great job, and the result looks fantastic. So when we recently needed to have a new toilet installed in our shower room we had no hesitation in asking Chris to help us out, and again he did a great job. everything finished to a really high standard, with minimum fuss and mess.

Chris and the team have recently refurbished our bathroom. Chris provided us with brochures and information about where we might look for bathroom furniture and tiles and was readily available to give us advice prior and during the refit. The team were always punctual, friendly and accommodating. Work was completed as specified and we are delighted with the results. We would definitely use them again and happily recommend them to family and friends.

Fantastic, friendly, tidy and helpful
Chris was recommended by a friend, and it turned out to be a brilliant recommendation! I've just had a complete bathroom refit which I love. The team were all super friendly and did a fantastic job. They refitted my original roll top bath, and also fitted a new bowl sink to a "unique" reclaimed cupboard. They also found time to fit new taps to my kitchen sink and downstairs toilet sink. I've also use them for a new radiator, and central heating clean through. Chris always replies quickly and will deal with any questions you have.

Chris did various small jobs for us. He was punctual, courteous and helpful. Work was to a high standard and we would recommend his services.

Personable,efficient and tidy
Chris has done a complete bathroom refit for us and a downstairs room with toilet and sink. He has also helped us with several more minor problems and a boiler service. He is meticulous, very personable and very good with the hoover when he has finished. Highly recommended.

Plumbing made simple
At last; after waiting forever for a long line of plumbers who would "get back to me" but never did, finally found one prepared to fit something less than a full bathroom suite - all I wanted was two pairs of new taps fitted and a repair to a leaking mixer. Chris turned up when he said he would to price and then do the job; did what he'd quoted with no fuss; and charged what he'd quoted despite minor complications. That's all anybody wants. Recommended.

We couldn’t recommend the service enough.
Every day throughout the refit we were given a full run down as to the work that had been carried out so we knew what stage we were at.
Friendly but extremely discreet when in our home. We never felt as though we were being intruded as they were respectful of our space and professional at all times.
The workmanship is second to none and Chris is an expert tiler on top of everything else.
Our bathroom is beautiful now, we are really thrilled with the outcome.
My husband stays in a lot of nice hotels and he is delighted that for once he has a better bathroom at home!

Chris did a tremendous job reinvigorating our bathroom and we are delighted with the results. He retiled our bathroom, removed the old shower surround and tray and replaced them. Chris was very pleasant and professional to deal with and despite the unavoidable messiness of a job like ours (removing old plaster and re-boarding the bathroom) he made sure he left the place clean and tidy every evening. It was a pleasure dealing with Chris. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again and can't recommend his firm highly enough.

Chris carried out a full refurbishment of our bathroom in August 2015. Our selection was heavily influenced by excellent references provided by friends who had used Chris previously.
We are extremely delighted with the appearance and design of our new bathroom. Chris helped us considerably in deciding the final design, providing advice based upon his significant previous experience.
The work was carried out very professionally with great attention to detail. We always found Chris polite, patient and good humoured. We were particularly pleased that he carried out a daily clean up prior to leaving the site.

Chris has done a very good job of taking our existing traditional bathroom down to bare boards and bare walls, then installing an up-to-date walk-in shower space with all the other accessories as well.
The job was extensive and complicated requiring much consultation on design and technical detail. We were delighted to come home after two weeks away to find a superb job had been done, including removal of a great amount of waste and rubbish.
We recommend him unreservedly.
